The Casa Aurora team is made up of psychologists, psychotherapists, educators, teachers, social assistants and community operators who work daily in the two facilities of Mestre and Venice. The team is backed up by a number of external professionals who actively collaborate with the care-providing group and are: doctors and paediatricians, children’s neuropsychiatrists, external supervisors, professionals working in the psychiatry and paediatrics departments of the hospitals of Venice and Mestre, and all colleagues of the sending services. Dr.ssa Maddalena Papa
Educator, specialist in relational psychomotricity
Graduated in Education Sciences, Dott.ssa Maddalena Papa has been working since 2004 as an educator at Casa Aurora’s mother-child Therapeutic Community in Venice and Mestre. From 2008 to 2013 she completed a Master’s degree in relational psychomotricity, and is currently also the psychomotility consultant for resident mothers and children at the community. Professional Educator
A professional educator trained at the I.A.L. Veneto, Marco Corrente is an Educator in Casa Aurora’s mother-child community in Venice and Mestre. He is coordinator of social and working re-entry projects for guests and is also planner for the National Association of Professional Educators (ANEP), and for coordination and management of online activities (website, platform for distance learning), relationships and international planning.
